The clean team member would report to the housekeeping headquarters and be given task list for the day. This could include cleaning vacation rentals or vacant homes, running errands, taking supply inventory, organizing and pressing linens, or any other tasks that come up!

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Pay: From $14+ per hour //Benefits can include health insurance, milage reimbursement, sign on package and performance bonuses.

Seeking an energetic and highly motivated maintenance person to join our team! If you’re happy and handy, you could be the one for the job! The ideal candidate would live in the Harbor Springs or directly surrounding communities and be flexible with working hours.

The candidate should be able to complete general maintenance tasks including light plumbing, electrical, appliance diagnostics and construction with ease and efficiency. They should have interest in developing standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of both office locations and vacation rental properties to ensure that they reflect and represent the high quality of our service. They would be responsible for scheduling contractors to assist with contracted repairs, tracking progress, and providing final inspection of the work provided. The candidate should be able to identify, communicate and implement opportunities to improve tenant happiness and quality of properties.
