Makayla- What can I say other then you ROCK!! You turned what could have been a huge disaster into the most awesome weekend. You went beyond good customer service and made us happier then you can imagine on a huge Labor Day weekend when there were No vacancies. The properties you manage to put us in were spectacular and saved the whole trip, in fact better then the trip we planned!!
